Mr. Nitin Gandhi

Mr. Nitin Gandhi has always been a diligent entrepreneur since his youth. After completing, M Pharm, DBM, he has been associated with healthcare and pharmaceutical domain for the last 22 years. He has worked extensively with various segments of healthcare like – Nutraceuticals, Cardiac, Diabetes, GDM, Pregnancy & Lactation, Arthritis etc. Along with this, he has launched various CSR activities too like 12 x 12, Project DISHHA, Project Ankur, GDM and Anand Insulin Bank. He has always strived hard for the betterment of the society and thus he proved his deeds by starting a school in Maharashtra named Guru Anand Sanjivani Trust that is shaping young hearts that come from an underprivileged background.

His success journey revolved around healthcare and so Nitin Gandhi believes that it’s time to pull up our socks and give it a thought about what we eat which will add to a healthy lifestyle. To accomplish this, it is necessary to eat healthy and residue free and that can be achieved by going Organic. With this vision, he nurtured first of its kind Biodynamic Organic fertilizer Organofer in 2014. To add to this successful journey, today varied farmers in India are extensively using Organofer for an array of crops. With this, his dream of producing a nutritious crop to add to a healthy lifestyle is shaping up progressively.

“Being a trustee in Goshala, I always had a desire to make high-quality Organic fertilizer which will build organic carbon of soil and in turn produce better yield and organic produce. I strongly believe that organic farming and organic produce will not only give more nutrition but will also make people healthier”.

He always had the vision to bring revolution in Indian Nutrition segment, so the journey began by launching a Nutrition business in Europe and Asian market. With this vision, Nucgnex Life sciences were launched in United Kingdom ( HQ at Basingstoke ) and then In India with HQ at Pune. Nucgnex Lifesciences will fore into Nutrition business mainly focusing on API , finished formulations and innovative technological breakthrough.

Mrs. Vrushali Shirode

Having pursued Bachelors in Science (Chemistry), Mrs. Vrushali Shirodé was always determined to be a science professional. During this tenure, she took up various challenging jobs to pursue a flourishing career in the field of Pharmaceuticals. Interestingly, with her high-level proficiency and professionalism, allowed her to climb the success ladder admirably.

Being an active member of QA Team, she closely worked with site qualified officials and quality managers. During this time, she ensured that the pharmaceutical products manufactured are tested and released as per marketing authorisation. Amidst this, Mrs. Vrushali Shirodé has been systematic, organised and has carried planning, task management with finesse. While making an important decision, she ensures to work on facts rather than intuition. Her knowledge of good laboratory practices, physical and chemical testing of all finished products, knowledge of handling of any Out of specification (OOS), knowledge of Trackwise system & SAP, etc., has made her a virtuoso in the world of pharmaceuticals. Furthermore, she has played an active role in MHRA Inspections (GMP, GDP audits), attended QP Development (Eligibility) Program with RSSL, Reading and is a Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015 -Quality Management System).

Besides, she has carved many success stories in Chanelle Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Ltd that stretches to Neolab Ltd., Odiham, Co. Crescent Pharma Ltd., Overton, Co., Pfizer and SVAS Quality Pvt. Ltd. And so, her ardent journey that began as a QA inspector, QC Analyst, now maintains a virtuous post of Director at SVAS Quality Pvt. Ltd. Her growth has been unprecedented and at the same time, she always adhered to the organisation’s expectation and beyond. Similarly, with the same zeal, she now embarks on a journey as a Director with Nucgnex!
