Steps:
- Boil the water amd boil Cabbage in it for 5 minutes. Keep it aside.
To make Momos’ Stuffing: - Add Oilve Oil in pan.
- Add vegetables like carrot, Cabbage and then Paneer.
- Add Spices like Chili Flex, Black Paper, Salt.
- Fill the stuffing of Cabbage leaves and fold it properly.
- Stir fry in pan and steam the momos for few minutes.
- Make a Chutney for the momos-Add Chili, tomato puree and LIVMCT in it.
- Serve hot with a glass of chia seeds and mint leaves water.
