Healthy Cabbage Momos

Low-carb cabbage momos enriched with fiber and LivMCT, ideal for digestion, weight management, and gut-compromised patients.

Clinical Significance of the Recipe

  • 14 to 59 Years

Application and Recommended Usage of the Recipe:

  • Patients with Compromised Guts like Short Bowel Syndrome.
  • Diabetes Mellites and Obesity

Steps:

  1. Boil the water amd boil Cabbage in it for 5 minutes. Keep it aside.
    To make Momos’ Stuffing:
  2. Add Oilve Oil in pan. 
  3. Add vegetables like carrot, Cabbage and then Paneer.
  4. Add Spices like Chili Flex, Black Paper, Salt.
  5. Fill the stuffing of Cabbage leaves and fold it properly.
  6. Stir fry in pan and steam the momos for few minutes.
  7. Make a Chutney for the momos-Add Chili, tomato puree and LIVMCT in it.
  8. Serve hot with a glass of chia seeds and mint leaves water.
